OPening Ceremony & Workshop
It was a deep honor to guide the opening ceremony at Goop’s Wellness Summit in San Francisco. I led hundreds of women through a grounding meditation and sound journey, setting the tone before Gwyneth Paltrow’s conversation with Marianne Williamson. Later in the day, I offered a workshop, sharing practices to support feminine embodiment and inner nourishment. It was a beautiful summit!
